Fountains house for Home Tour,
they can expect to see plenty of
antiques throughout the home,
including a family clock that
belonged to Dave’s grandparents’
Mary’s grandparents’ wedding
certificate written in German’ and
other antiques and family photos.
Mary has volunteered and
attended Home Tours for many
years and is now on the other end
of the experience in being able to
host.
Ultimately, the Fountains said
they are looking forward to host-
ing and welcoming people into
their home and interacting with
folks who stop by.
“I’m looking forward to it,”
Mary said. “We’ve had insur-
ance men that have come over
the years, and whenever they
come and they first step in, they
are wowed. I don’t think people
expect to step in and see this, and
they start to ask what this used to
be.”

and Branch counties and to seniors

The advice and counsel at the
senior sites is funded primarily by
the Calhoun County Senior Millage,
CareWell Services Southwest
through the Michigan Bureau of
Aging, Community Living, and
Supports under the Older Americans
