Default has occurred in a mortgage made by Charles and Carol Keller, to Century Mortgage Services, Inc.
(n.k.a.: Century Bank and Trust), a Michigan corporation, in a mortgage dated July 26, 2013, and recorded on Au-
gust 5, 2013, in Liber 3824, Pages 220, Calhoun County Records. No proceedings have been instituted to recover
any part of the debt, which is now Sixty- One Thousand, One Hundred Ninety dollars and 59/100 ($61,190.59).
The mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the property at public auction to the highest bidder on October 24,
2024, at 9:00 a.m. local time at the ground floor of the Courthouse in Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Michigan,
and the Courthouse being the place of holding Circuit Court in Calhoun County. The property will be sold to
pay the amount then due on the Mortgage, together with interest, legal costs, attorney fees, and also any taxes and

The redemption period will be six (6) months from the date of sale, unless the premises are deemed abandoned
