TOPS, which stands for “Take off
Pounds Sensibly,” has been around
for 75 years. Many people have had
great success through TOPS, includ-
ing two sisters along with their mom
are examples of what TOPS can
help one do.
Between the three of them, they
have lost more than 350 pounds.
Mom, Ruth Edwards, joined TOPS
in 1997. She has lost more than 75
pounds. She is a division winner at
the chapter level. Her daughter Laura
Reppert joined in 2019. She has lost
over 100 pounds. She is also a divi-
sion winner at the chapter level and
is on her way to being a Century
winner for keeping her 100 pounds

TOPS is opened to everyone,
young or old, or in between; those
people looking to lose a few pounds
