Dennie, a Colorado native, has been a photographer for over 50 years. He was the President of the
South Florida Chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers for three years (ASMP) and
on the ASMP South Florida Board of Directors for 18 years. He was on the ASMP National Board
of Directors for four years. He was the National Chairman of the ASMP project celebrating the
150th Anniversary of Photography, known as “Ten Thousand Eyes,” which included a national pho-
tographic exhibition at the International Center of Photography in New York, and a book entitled,
Ten Thousand Eyes. He and his partner/wife DK Khattiya now reside in Bangkok and where they
have organized the Bangkok Photographers Group (BPG) and the DCDK Photography Forum (DPF).
