Ben is originally from York
in the UK but has lived in
Thailand since 2012 and
specifically Bangkok since- He started pursuing
his passion for photography
from about 1997, after
trying to take a photo of an
emu at Khao Kheow Open
Zoo and being frustrated
by a chainlink fence and the
limitations of a point-and-
click camera.
Ben enjoys working in a
wide array of photographic
genres, from sports and
street photography to
portraiture and travel
photography. He is one of
the leaders of BPG, mostly
responsible for creating
the Bangkok Photo Walks
magazine.
