(^78) Tiny Ranchester had no shops except a small store at the gas station,
a gunsmith, a taxidermist, and no less than two churches. The village
was also home to the Cowboy State Bank, and I wasn't sure I would
put my hard-earned money in a Cowboy Bank. During my walkabout
around the village, I encountered two people who prayed for my soul.
I must’ve seemed an absolute wreck.
