On the next screen, you see a trend window split into 4 Renko charts. Top left is set to the
4 - hour timeframe, top right is set to the 15 - minutes, bottom left is set to the 5 - minutes time
frame, the bottom right is set to the 1-minute time frame. So you can see exactly the trend of

XAUUSD.

I also set the indicators DMI and All Chart Patterns into the lower right window.
