Roundopoly is an innovative adaptation of Monopoly, tailored
to help primary school students (especially slow learners) grasp
rounding concepts in a fun and engaging way. Unlike traditional
Monopoly, which focuses on buying properties and accumulating
wealth, Roundopoly integrates mathematical problem-solving
through dice-based number rounding.
This game was developed with the idea that many slow learners
struggle with abstract mathematical concepts, so transforming
rounding into an interactive, movement-based game makes
learning more concrete and memorable. The classification of
numbers (0-4 as poor group, 5-9 as rich group) provides a
visual and conceptual aid to help students internalize the
rounding process.
