TOTAL MATHEMATICS, THE TRUE ART OF SUCCESS

would not do the crap they do, and if it was a person with “episodes” of good and bad,
the place of persecution was apologizing. In a way, a confrontation may be better, the
remorse of the guy can bring you good repairs, but who knows, the ancient Chinese have
said thousands of years ago:

  • The run is the weapon of a warrior too.

And Bruce Lee:

  • If you can avoid a confrontation, do it, because if you are not a great master, a second
hand opponent compared to you can be simply talented or lucky and can defeat you.

There may be another issue, let's say the bossy boss actually has a “spartan” behavior,
because otherwise he could not keep the company on the market. Those who criticized
him are simple people who do not understand rigor, are messy and lazy. I myself have
been quite sworn in my life because I do not accept any derogation from punctuality, but
in my job that would mean that a customer is waiting, and that is not like you are
waiting for your meal at the restaurant...the customer would infer that we are not
rigorous and would “eject” us.

So if I, for example, would take some kind of misconduct, I would lose the chance to
work with someone just like me, which is quite rare, such a match is gold (perhaps I had
bad luck, but in my life I met armies of stupids and crooks). The world is a place full of
annoying people through their superficiality...

In this case my proverb (native American) is:

  • Do not judge someone if you have not walked in his shoes.

I know some will say again:

  • Too complicated, who would accept so much analysis?

This is like when we hear:

  • You are not allowed...if everybody would do the same...

In fact, it's always a big exaggeration, because not two people will do the same. And if
10 did it, it would still be very much up to “everyone”.

Basically, it would be a few minutes of reading and studying a day or more in a single
