ring. Join units to make Round 2. Set
Round 2 into Round 1. Press seams as

B diamond to right-hand edge of
a Unit 1 to make Unit 4 (Diagram 4).
Repeat to make 48 total of Unit 4.
ASSEMBLE TABLE MAT

half (Diagram 5). Repeat to make
a second star half.

Sew together star halves to make
a star unit (Diagram 6). If desired,
finger-press seams in one direction.
