Referring to Quilt Assembly
Diagram, lay out blocks, solid
turquoise 2^1 ⁄ 2 × 151 ⁄ 2 " sashing rectangles,
and solid lime green 2^1 ⁄ 2 " sashing
squares in seven rows; alternate A and
B blocks in each row.

Sew together pieces in rows. Press
seams toward sashing rectangles.
Join rows to make quilt center; press
seams away from block rows. The
quilt center should be 66^1 ⁄ 2 " square
including seam allowances.

Piece and cut solid turquoise
41 ⁄ 2 ×42" strips to make:
▫ 2—4^1 ⁄ 2 × 741 ⁄ 2 " border strips
▫ 2—4^1 ⁄ 2 × 661 ⁄ 2 " border strips
