TonyCook, Herefordshire
Since a friend at university showed him black &
white processing in a darkroom, Tony has been
hooked on photography. He bought an SLR when
his fi rst child was born, and started ‘snapping
away’. He later turned his lens to other subjects,
asyoucansee here. He is a member of Newent and District
Camera Club in Gloucestershire and loves street
photography for its unpredictable nature and the constant
surprises it brings. Among his heroes are Joel Meyerowitz,
Ernst Haas, Martin Parr and ex-AP Editor Damien Demolder.
