The treatment: This royally

approved facial (Meghan, the

Duchess of Sussex, swears by it

for her sculpted features) involves

an unusual practice of massaging the

face from the inside of the mouth, to

manipulate the muscles in a certain

way that results in contoured and

lifted features. The treatment began

like a regular facial with a double

cleanse, peel and steam, before the

nitty-gritty of the intra-oral massage.

The verdict: My complexion

appeared firmer and my features

lifted, but at the same time I felt

an incredible release of tension
