Our love a air of Italian cuisine continues — especially

The panel will include Christine Smallwood, a food
and travel writer who has written books about the
people, places and food of Lombardy, Umbria and Puglia.
Moderator Connor McGovern, assistant editor at National
Geographic Traveller (UK), will lead a lively discussion on
planning a trip to Italy based around food and drink, touching
on regional dishes not to miss; the slow food movement;
what to drink wherever you are; and buying and cooking with
local ingredients.
