stone items – moved to the crafting

Upuntil the Village
andPillage update,
it was possible to
tame ocelots into
domestic cats.Now
cats and ocelots
are separate mobs.
Feeding ocelots
will still makethem
trust the player, but
theycan nolonger
beplacedona
leash, andtheir skin

cat’s skin.NETHER REACTOR
Built outof a Nether reactor core,
cobblestone andgold, the Nether reactor
would summon aNether spire when
activated. This allowed Pocket Edition
playersto get their handsonNetherrack
andother Nether-exclusive blocks at a
timewhenthe Nether wasn’t accessible.
Assoonas portals were workingin Pocket
Edition, the reactor was removed. Prior
to Pocket Edition version 0.12.1, you could
craft aNether reactor core outof six iron
ingots andthree diamonds.
THE FAR LANDS
Upuntil Beta 1.8, it was
possible to travel far
enoughin Minecraft to
reach“the far lands”.A
glitchedareaof the map,
where world generation
started to screw up,
creatingstrange
distortedcolumns, they
could crashthe gameif
the player entered them.
They were removed
because they were only
ever in the gameas an
accident anyway!
