a panel on International Best Practices to Preserve the Outer Space Environment. AIAA Executive Director Dan Dumbacher
participated in the panel.
On 22 January, the AIAA F.E. Newbold V/STOL Award was presented to Justin
Paines at the International Powered Lift Conference in San Jose, CA. Mr. Paines
was recognized for his leading role in the development of the Short Takeoff and
