A parfait is not a pitfall
when you use high-fiber,
low-sugar ingredients.

varieties, and add your own
honey or small amount of sugar
if needed.

Instead of sweetened granola,
use unsweetened, high-fiber
whole grains such as wheat
berries, barley, or brown rice.
FRESH FRUIT
Make the most of the natural
sugar in fresh fruits such as
berries and citrus fruits. Not
only do they add tangy

and disease-fighting
