Greek Yogurt Bark

HANDS-ON 7 M I N.
TOTAL 7 MIN. PLUS 1 HR. FREEZING

Acting as a blank canvas, this Greek
yogurt bark can take on any flavor
profile you prefer. We chose
strawberries, cacao nibs, hazelnuts,
and shredded coconut. Make this
ahead of time and always have it in
your freezer for a fast, protein-packed
snack, grab-and-go breakfast, or
late-night treat.

4 cups 2% Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey

(^1) ⁄ 2 tsp. vanilla extract

coconut
(^1) ⁄ 3 cup diced strawberries
1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

Learning Greek
Greek yogurt is strained to
remove most of the liquid,
making it thicker than
regular yogurt. It also has
7 more grams of protein
per serving than regular
yogurt, but a third of the
calcium.
