up with last week;

looks as good as it

have a winner!

11 A.M.

I make it to the office

just in time for a

brainstorm with my

team. We always

need to come up

with fresh content for

stories and our acne

newsletter, so we

start bouncing “Will

anyone actually want

to read this?” ideas

off each other.

11 : 55 A.M.

Our lobby security

calls up to let me

know my guests from

Kiehl’s have arrived.

Another part of

guys, it’s a Really.

Big. Thing.), it’s

beauty awards

season. And after

we pick the best

products, we need

to plan an incredible

meeting—and lots of

others—with our art

department.

spread the word

about Project

#ShowUs—a pow-

erful initiative that

features women

grounds, lifestyles,

in thousands of

diverse photos that

magazines can
