Break your cauli into
chunks and toss ’em in
a bowl with buffalo
sauce before dumping
them on a baking sheet.
Bake that ish at 425
degrees until golden
brown (25 to 30 mins).

Preheat ze oven (425
degrees again) and put
small cauliflower pieces
o n a b a k i n g s h e e t. D r i z -
zle with olive oil and
as much curry powder
as you can handle.
Roast for 20 to 30 mins.

Break up your veg
into chunks that fit in a
blender or food proces-
sor, and chop until it
resembles rice. Put some
butter in a pan, heat, and
stir in that cauli goodness
(might smell like farts,
it’s fine). Season with
salt, pepper, and garlic
powder, then sauté until
it’s soft and fragrant
in the good way.
