LAMB CUPCAKES H
Total 30 min.

1 batch buttercream frosting

1 batch royal icing (goodhouse

12 vanilla cupcakes (goodhouse
keeping.com/vanilla-cupcakes)
Pink sprinkles and nonpareils
Star and leaf piping tips
Black edible marker


  1. Place coupler in piping bag and fill
    with buttercream. Fit with star tip.
    Thin royal icing out so it is slightly
    runny, then transfer to piping bag
    or resealable bag.
    2. Using buttercream, pipe
    border around cupcakes, leaving
    a circle about the size of a quarter
    in the middle.
    3. Snip end off of bag with royal
    icing and fill center holes of each
    cupcake, using toothpick to get
    into all spaces to cover cupcake
    completely.
    4. Swap out tip on piping bag to a
    leaf tip; pipe ears on each cupcake
    and place a sprinkle on each.
    5. Once royal icing is set, use small
    dab of it to stick on nonpareil for
    nose. Use marker to draw on eyes.

FLOWER CUPCAKES H
Total 30 min.

1 batch buttercream frosting

Natural food coloring powder
or gel paste food coloring
12 vanilla cupcakes (goodhouse
keeping.com/vanilla-cupcakes)

1.
Lightly dust a
clean work surface
with cornstarch.
Using a small
rolling pin, roll
a small piece of
fondant very thin.

2.
Use a small
round cookie
cutter to cut
out petals.

3.
Fold barely in
half and pinch
one end to
create a petal
shape.

4.
Arrange petals
on cupcake. Roll
colored fondant
into a tiny ball
and place in
center of flower.

Bonus
Recipe

Cornstarch, for dusting
White or pink fondant
Large star tip and small
round cookie cutter
Tint buttercream desired colors.
Fit pastry bag with large star tip
and fill with colored buttercream.
Frost cupcakes, then decorate with
flowers (see below).
