Our home care experts say it’s crucial to treat a makeup mishap ASAP. Immediately scrape

off any excess lipstick from the stained fabric, then place it facedown on a paper towel.

Spray the back with a laundry prewash treatment like GH Cleaning Award winner Shout

then dab the lipstick spot from the back to push it out of the fabric and onto the towel.
