runmode.Removeyourhelmetand
sunglassesandputtoonesidewhereyour
wetsuitis.Takingthehelmetoffcanbe
trickyasunlockingthestrapscouldbe
fiddly,especiallywhenyou’retiredand
feelingflustered.Placethehelmetoutof
thewayofyourrunningline,soit doesn’t
interfere when getting your shoes on.
