FRIDAy, MARCH 27 , 2020. THE WASHINGTON POST EZ RE A

Unexpectedly Human Member FDIC, TD Bank, N.A.

We’re in this together, D.C.

The people of TD Bank are proud to serve our customers and understand the tremendous impact

COVID-19 is having on you and your daily lives.

This unprecedented crisis affects all of us on a deeply personal level. Not surprisingly, all of us have

also witnessed amazing acts of humanity across so many walks of life. Through it all, I want you

to know that we're also united in our efforts to extend a helping hand—to our customers, to the

communities where we live and work and to our colleagues across TD.

To all customers, your health and well-being are what matter most. That's why our TD Cares program

offers financial relief to lessen the burden during this difficult time. Small Business customers, we

know you're taking an especially hard hit—rest assured, we're here to help. All customers who've

been directly impacted by COVID-19 can reach out to us at 1- 888 -751-9000 to see how we can help.

Remember, it's more important than ever to do your banking from home—online or on our mobile app.

Visit http://www.td.com/covid to get started and to find out the latest store closures and reduced hours and

measures we're taking to help and protect our customers.

To all the heroes working on the front lines—from healthcare workers, first responders and community

leaders to local food deliverers, grocery store cashiers and postal workers—you're the reason we

still have access to essential goods and services and you're playing crucial roles to help contain the

coronavirus. To you, we offer our thanks.

Most importantly, we can't forget the people suffering from COVID-19 and so many others who've

been impacted. To help support those most in need, TD has donated to the National Association of

Community Health Centers (NACHC). They provide medical support to the most vulnerable in our

communities, and funds are used to support community health centers from Maine to Florida as they

respond to COVID-19.

I also want to express heartfelt gratitude, admiration and respect to my TD colleagues. COVID-19 has

impacted every one of them, too—yet they continue to juggle new challenges as they help customers

get their banking done. I'm so very honored to lead such a dedicated group of humans during these

tough times.

Please take care of yourselves, be kind to one another and stay healthy. Remember, we're in this

together. And we'll get through this together.

Sincerely,

Greg Braca
