ToOurNeighbors,
ThesearechallenginganduncertaintimesinSouthernCaliforniaand
theworld,butIbelieveinthecourageandresilienceofourcommunities.
Itiswhathassustainedusinthepast,anditwillseeusthroughthe
currentcrisis.
Asmanyofyouknow,weprideourselvesinproviding“towncenters”for
ourcommunities,offeringparks,fountains,andopenspacesforour
neighborstovisitandfindrespite.Webelieveourpropertiesareextensions
ofneighborhoodsandintertwinedwiththecommunitiestheyserve.
Aswerespondtothisextraordinarycrisis,wewanttobesurethatCaruso
propertiesremainvaluableresourcesforthepublic.Asweallfollow
directivestostayhome,governmentofficialsandmedicalexpertshave
advisedthatgoingoutside,takingwalks,andenjoyingfreshairstillremain
healthyoptionsaslongasweobservepropersocialdistancing.Forthis
reason,inkeepingwithcityparksandopenspaces,ourpropertieswill
remainaccessibleforthepublictovisitandenjoy.Ourfountainsareon,
ourlightsarebright,andourpropertiesremainsecure.Whileyoumaynot
beabletoshopordineasusual,ourgrocerystoreandpharmacytenants
remainopentoprovideourcommunitieswithessentialservices,and
parkingisfreetoallvisitors.
Itgoeswithoutsayingthatwewillgoaboveandbeyondtoensurethatour
spacesaresecureandclean,withhandsanitizerstationsatallentrypoints
andregulartouchpointcleaning.Toprotectourguestsandemployees,we
havetemporarilysuspendedconciergeandvaletservices.
Wehaveneverturnedourbackonourcommunities,andmorethanever
beforewearehereforyou.Wewillalsodoeverythingwecantolookafter
thosewhoaremostvulnerable.MyfamilyandIsendourthoughtsand
prayerstoyouandyourlovedones.
