the Environment (MDE) on October 9, 2015. This permit covers
stormwater dischargesfrom the storm drain system owned or
operated by MDOTSHA within Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil,
Charles,Frederick,Harford, Howard,Montgomery,Prince George’s,
andWashington Counties. The permit requires MDOTSHA to
