nourished.

is placedin themiddleof thetable.
AndI decidethatthetrickto eatingthese
creepycrawliesis notwithmyeyesbut
ratherwithmyheart– in harmonywith
thegenerosityof theLaotianpeople
whohavetakenmeonthebiggest

warmwaterfor1 hour,stirringoccasionally,
orpreparethetamarindpasteaccordingto
packageinstructions. 2 Addtherosemary
