husband-and-wife team Eloise
and Alex Windebank opened
Farro’s doors in 2018, they
needed something “service
proof” that could be plated and
served without a sweat.
“It had to be something simple
and delicious that was prepped
and ready to go,” says Eloise.
“We didn’t expect the kind of
response we had. The dish has
evolved with us and now it has
a small cult following.”
