Step 22: Click on the Ruby Lights
Above Columns folder and duplicate
it, but this time, change the blend
mode of the group folder layer from
Linear Dodge (Add) to Vivid Light
and its Opacity to 75%.
Step 23: Repeat Step 22 for the
Ruby Lights on Building Behind
Dome folder.
