Hernandez, 20, began to achieve
international visibility just six
months ago—and she’s proud to be
a part of a new generation of Latinx
talent. “I never thought I could
achieve what I have done even up to
now,” she says. “Growing up, the
concept of beauty was so different—
but now more stereotypes are
being broken than ever before. I hope
that’s helping more people feel
included not just in images but also
in the conversations themselves.”
