Skewers for the Squad
A stall located in the center of Sandaga, one of the city’s most
vibrant neighborhoods, Bante Yi is always a hub of activity with
tourists, clubbers, and people working late. They’re all filing into
the same line for the stall’s specialty: dibi, or grilled meats like offal
and lamb rubbed in a fiery peanutty spice mixture called souya.
