Listing the adjectives
If there is a list of adjectives before the noun, separate them
with commas.
She was wearing ablue, flowered dress.
They had ahuge, delicious meal.
Theclever, little boy passed his exams.
Youareaverynaughty, disobedient, mischievous boy.
Ending the sentence
Adjectives can also be placed at the end of the sentence
following the verb.
Her essay wasexcellent.
The sky grewdark.
The leaves turnedbrown.
If there is a list of adjectives at the end of the clause,
remember that the last one must be preceded by βandβ.
The lecturer was handsome, kind, gentle and good-
natured.
The book was readable, humorous and well-written.
