In step 4, several settings control how the report will be sent to subscribers: To, Cc, Bcc, ReplyTo,
IncludeReport, RenderFormat, Priority, Subject, Comment, and IncludeLink. For each setting, except
To, you can choose a static value, a database value, or no value, as shown in Figure 10-23. You assign the
To field to the Email field from the subscription query. Leave the values for all the other fields at their
default settings and click the Next button to proceed to Step 5 – Create a data-driven subscription. By
leaving the defaults, the subscription automatically includes the report itself and the link to the report in
the e-mail to the subscribers.
