I have been a digital expat for the past dozen
years and am currently living in New Zealand. For
twenty-five years, I coached and consulted to
small business owners and senior managers.
These days, I am semi-retired and take on work

customers online – using content creation and
LinkedIn as a primary strategy.
Here is what I do offline: I facilitate off site
team building retreats using “True Colors” as a
primary way to improve communications and
relationships.
We are in this together. Today’s reality is far
different from the reality of 90 days ago.
