Make this ref reshing and sweet

lemonade to wash down your

Makes 1 litre

80ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

(about 3 lemons)

60g caster sugar

800ml hot water

20ml cranberry juice

1 In a large lipped bowl, add the lemon

juice and sugar. Pour in the hot water

and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

Add the cranberry juice and stir again.

2 Allow to cool completely then pour

into re-sealable bottles and store in

the fridge until you're ready to pack

everything up for the picnic.
