look at it. Definitelygo to the AFL. My team
is actuallythe BrisbaneLions.

because they’re free. The best Perth beach

is Cottesloe,it’s got a few waves.For surfi ng
types,youcangetthetrainservicedownto
Fremantle.KingsPark is also prettygoodto
visit.You’llget360-degreeviewsofthecity
andtheSwanRiver.YoucanclimbJacob’s
Ladder,whichis quitea few steps.You’ll
needa fullwaterbottle before you come
backdownagain.

Howtoescapecitylife
Toescapethecity,youcancatchthe
ferrytoRottnestIsland,whereyoucando
toursoftheislandorhirebikesandSegways
togetaround.It’sa fabulousplace,with
beaches and quokkas. You probably need

thewholedayjusttoseeit.Youcanactually
stayontheisland;therearecampingsites,
chaletsandbungalows. It’s well worth it
whenyougetthere.

isworthcheckingoutforthebuildingand
the books.And the StateLibraryof WA has
gotstatuesandniceartworksaswellas
specialeventsand displays.A goodspot to
see a movieis PalaceCinemas,RaineSquare
