   eight customers bought these eight flavor combinations. Let Rosen be the first person
   in our enumeration. He or she didn’t have chocolate chip cookies (6). Only two people’s
   orders didn’t include chocolate chip cookies—#7 and #8 (see above). Since combo #8 is
   mentioned in clue 6 and isn’t Rosen’s order (6), Rosen ordered combo #7—creme cookies
