The Archers:what happened last week
Lynda tells Tracy she’s sure Freddie is dealing drugs again. Freddie confronts Johnny about the
pills, who admits they’re for hair loss, not steroids. Johnny offers to explain everything to Lynda
but Freddie says it will blow over. Kate returns and finds out Jakob knows about her pregnancy.
After she admits she hasn’t takenapregnancy test, Jakob persuades her to: the result is negative.
Kate is upset and leaves. Gavin and Emma get on well over their drink, but there’s an awkward
moment when Ed walks in; he feels sad seeing them together. Freddie offersJosh somewords of
wisdom.Edtells Kirsty he’s strugglingfor work. At her suggestion,he asks Philip about building
jobs, but Philip puts him off. Later Philip tells Kirsty why: what if Emma and Gavin end up going
out? Lynda’s protest steps up as she chains herself outside TheBand won’tbemoved. Impressed,
