Even after justifying the paragraph, the every-line composer re-
mains in effect, thus ensuring more evenly spaced words from
one line of type to the next.- Select the entire paragraph, except the first three words. Let’s
change all but the first three words, the bold What a situation!,
to a light blue hue that matches a color in the clothing of our
shrugging actors. Start by double-clicking the fourth word, Ever.
Then press Ctrl+Shift+� (�-Shift-� on the Mac) to extend the
selection to the end of the paragraph. - Change the color to a bluish cyan. Click the white color swatch
in the options bar to display the Select Text Color dialog box.
Then move the cursor into the image window and click in one
of the lighter blue areas inside the nephew’s shirt, as shown in
Figure 11-18. You should end up with a color in the approxi-
mate vicinity of H: 200, S: 20, B: 100. When you do, click the
OK button to recolor the text.
If you don’t get a shade of blue when you click with the eyedropper,
here’s what you do: Click the Cancel button. Select the eyedropper tool.
Go to the options bar and change Sample to All Layers. Then repeat
Steps 25 and 26.- Accept your changes. Press the Enter key on the keypad or
press Ctrl+Enter (�-Return) to exit the type mode and accept
the changes to the Body Copy layer.
