- Reveal the network logo. In the Layers panel, click the empty
gray square to the left of the Logo group to display the icon
and reveal our network’s distinctive logo. This group also in-
cludes some obligatory promo information about the movie. - Move the effect from the Style Holder layer. Let’s finish by
adding a bevel effect to the main title. In the Layers panel, drag
the belonging to the Style Holder layer and drop it on the
Chief Executive Nephew layer, as in Figure 11-24. Once upon
a time, moving a style would copy it onto the new layer while
leaving the original intact. But nowadays, dragging a style shifts
it entirely from one layer to another, which works great here.
If you want to copy a style from one layer to another while leaving the
original layer intact, hold down the Alt (or Option) key as you drag.
- Delete the Style Holder layer. Drag the Style Holder layer to the
trash can icon at the bottom of the Layers panel or press Back-
space or Delete. The finished artwork appears in Figure 11-25. - Choose File→Save As. Give the file a different filename and click
Save. If you decide to visit the file later, the live text remains
editable. To change the text in a smart object, double-click the
smart object’s thumbnail in the Layers panel.
