Estonia offers an impressive choice of dining options.
Although traditional food is popular, visitors can sample
everything from eclectic international cuisine to quality
pizzas. An authentic Baltic meal may not be particularly
subtle, but it is extremely tasty and portions are usually
gene rous. Smoking is banned in restaurants and bars.

A tourist attraction in its own right, Olde Hansa is an immensely enjoyable experience. Huge traditional dishes
are served by waiters in medieval costumes in a candlelit setting, while an ensemble plays live traditional music.
The menu is reputed to be based on carefully researched recipes from medieval times.

Sleek and minimalist, Bocca is a favourite with Tallinn’s trendy crowd. The suitably stylish menu includes some
excellent pasta and fillet dishes, along with delicacies such as ravioli stuffed with lemon and cinnamon-flavoured
ricotta and grilled lamb with herbs and blackberry sauce. The lighting is wonderfully atmospheric.

Opened in 1937, Gloria has a very stylish 1930s European interior decorated with Art Nouveau originals and
artifacts from the private collection of the owner, Dimitri Demjanov. Service is attentive, and customers can enjoy
fantastic wine from Gloria’s own cellar as well as Cuban cigars.

One of the most luxurious restaurants in Tallinn, Three Sisters simply oozes opulence. The food is excellent and can
be enjoyed on the terrace or in the charming courtyard in summer, while the wine cellar stores over 300 wines.
The private Angels Room has an 18th-century ceiling fresco.

This restaurant offers an authentic taste of Russia, with everything from blini (pancakes) and pelmeni (dumplings)
