This restaurant stands only a few paces from the walls of Karlštejn Castle (see pp260–61). It has three rooms and
three terraces, as well as a beer-garden with a grill. The cuisine is traditional Bohemian including fish, poultry and
grills. It also hosts knights’ tournaments and traditional dance performances.

Situated in the historic town centre, Bouček serves Bohemian and international cuisine. A large selection of wines

Located on the ground floor of the hotel of the same name, this pleasant restaurant serves excellent Czech and
French cuisine. It also has a good choice of Moravian wines. A garden with a grill opens at the back of the hotel
in the summer, and there is also sunny outdoor seating at the front.

Housed in a small hotel in the town centre, this exquisite restaurant specializes in Bohemian cuisine, but also
serves a choice of international dishes. An extensive list of local and foreign wines is also on offer. The decor is
plain and slightly rustic.

This modern, spacious restaurant is one of the most popular in town. Highlights from the extensive menu are the
