Stables once belonging to the counts of Clervaux have been beautifully converted into a rustic restaurant. The
speciality is fondues – bourguignonne (beef), Chinese (with stock) or cheese. Pizzas and pasta are included, but
there are more elaborate dishes on the menu. Lunch or dinner outdoors in the summer. Closed Mondays.

Some 12 km (8 miles) south of La Rochette, the castle of Bourglinster has been given a new lease of life as a culinary
centre. It has a gourmet restaurant called La Distillerie, and also a more down-to-earth but high-quality brasserie called
