Kept in sacred huts, these statues are linked to the two cults of
water, Vadosong, and fire, Vabong. Protecting clans, they also
have divinatory and medicinal powers, and solve problems.
Incarnation of a tutelary spirit, they are in constant contact with
the ancestors.
