andmanagetheactivity.
Whenyouaredoingyourjobasa talentmanager,youcanactually
beindirectconf lictwitha brand’sobjective.Attheendoftheday,
yourroleistoserveandmaximisetheopportunityforthetalent.I
tookonfullownershipofTRGbyDecemberthatsameyear.Sincethen,
I’veturnedaroundandrefreshedthebusinesswitha newfocusthat
hasallowedit tostepawayfromitslegacyofbeinga bloggertalent
agencyandtrulyinnovatewithinthecrowdedinf luencermarketing
space.Nowproudlystandingasthestrategicagencythatdigsinto
gettingrealresultsforitsclients.

wehaveassistedourclientswithistonowseethesecontentcreators
