It’s something of a cliché when writing a book to go into great
detail about how impossible it would have been without the help
of a huge range of people. Now that we have finally written our
book we realise just how true this is.
A huge number of people have been immeasurably helpful to both
of us during our careers and globally we would like to thank them
all for their assistance. They know who they are and rather than
offend any individuals we don’t want to indulgently list out every
name.
Specifically, in terms of the production of this book, it genuinely
wouldn’t have been possible without the tireless efforts of Lesley
