cause FSBOs get a lot of phone calls from agents. Ask them
if they received your information that you mailed them.
Here is some sample dialogue for a follow-up call:
Agent:“Hi, this is [Your Name] with [Your Company] Re-
alty. We spoke last Tuesday about your home for
sale.”
Seller:“Yes, hi.”
A:“I mailed you some information about me and what I
offer, did you receive it?”
S:“Yes, we received it.”
A:“Well, have you given any thought to having a pro-
fessional market your home?”
S:“Yes, we have.”
