Tracking Your Farm

Print out a map of your farm area, preferably a plat
map or an aerial view map. You can even draw the map
yourself, as shown in Figure 10-1. When you get a listing
in your farm, stick a green tack pin on your listings, stick
a red tack pin on all of the FSBOs in your farm area
and, lastly, to keep track of the competition’s production
in your farm, stick a black pin in all of your competitor’s
listings.
