of the game and maximize your listing potential.

7.Think energy.Think energy, don’t drink energy.
It’s not good walking into a listing appointment
with the impression that you’re on speed. If your
mouth is talking 200 miles per hour you’ll only
scare your sellers, which won’t help you close on
a listing. Try not to abuse caffeine. Drinking cof-
fee is one thing but don’t start pumping your
heart with high doses of caffeine to make it work
harder just because youdon’t want to work hard.
