Being Aggressive


There are several books aimed at helping FSBOs to suc-
ceed going it alone. I suggest brushing up on some of those
books to get an idea of what FSBOs are reading and look-
ing for. What I found is that some of these books even sug-
gest listing with an agent if selling by owner is not
